Grams is a more accurate way to measure things especially in baking when you need to be accurate for higher level cakes.
If you bake a lot of entremets, I would suggest getting a scale (it is usually reasonable priced). If not, you can use online conversion to convert it in US baking measurement. There are a lot of sites that provide this service. For example, 1 large egg normally weigh about 50g. So 45g whole egg is also considered 1 egg. Even when it says 45g egg, I just use 1 egg.Berthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17476612651848560216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912304086398265028.post-39332692813361703072016-10-01T13:24:13.671-07:002016-10-01T13:24:13.671-07:00Why is everything in grams! I have seen many of your posts, and it's all the same on this recipe. May I strongly suggest that you post one recipe in English conversions.
I thank you.neusyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07352402519402614615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912304086398265028.post-89737428761336147242015-04-20T10:02:18.189-07:002015-04-20T10:02:18.189-07:00Anonymous: thank you for pointing it out!
